Located just 4 kilometres out of Te Anau along the Milford Road, High Leys Lodge is set in 5 acres of established garden. With panoramic views of Lake Te Anau and the Fiordland National Park, High Leys Luxury Lodge offers an adult only, exclusive, peaceful & luxurious escape. There are 3 double rooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms.
A gourmet a la carte breakfast is provided each morning, and a complimentary glass of NZ wine and cheese platter is served each evening if you are in-house.
Delicious home-baked sweet treats are also available daily. Much of our fresh produce is either homegrown or sourced locally.
We are also able to provide packed breakfasts on request for those early morning starts and excursions.

On a clear night, our minimal light pollution means the High Leys Lodge is also a great place for star gazing.
Sarah and John Greaney know all about southern hospitality. John was born in Dunedin and has lived in Te Anau for over 40 years and Sarah has been in Fiordland for over 15 years. They pride themselves in offering warm, friendly, and personalised service to all who stay.
